Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Polar). We do not store your full credit card details. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and transaction IDs.

Training data: Your uploaded datasets are retained only for the duration necessary to complete your fine-tuning job. After successful completion, training data is automatically deleted within 30 days.

Fine-tuned models: Your fine-tuned models are available for download for 90 days after job completion. After this period, models may be deleted from our servers.

Account data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
